About The Role:

Gen3 seeks a motivated Solutions Architect to play a key role in providing expert technical guidance and support for our federal client.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current IT infrastructure, systems, and skills
  • Identify technical gaps between current and future needs, and develop recommendations
  • Expertise in system architecture, design, and integration, especially relating to identity, access, and authentication systems
  • Experience with technical architectures supporting digital identity, credentialing, authentication, authorization, and access management solutions
  • Knowledge of federated identity architectures and integration of authorization protocols like OAuth and OpenID Connect
  • Understanding of architectural approaches for identity proofing, multifactor authentication, attribute based access control etc
  • Ability to make recommendations on technical architecture to support modernization of digital identity platform
  • Experience assessing current architecture and design decisions and identifying gaps or improvements needed
  • Skills to analyze technical alternatives and build roadmaps/recommendations on architectural direction

What You'll Need:

  • 7+ years of IT experience in enterprise architecture, systems analysis, or solution architecture
  • Strong technical expertise and hands-on experience with a variety of technologies and systems
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to translate into business terminology
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Relevant certifications like CISSP, CISA, CISM highly desired

What's Desired to Have:

  • Previous experience supporting federal or state government agencies, especially federal financial agencies i.e. IRS or Treasury, is highly desired
  • Work pending contract award

Employment Eligibility: Eligible to work for any employer in the United States without requiring sponsorship. Most of our positions require a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder for consideration. Certain positions require at least three (3) of the past five (5) years of residence in the United States.

Other Requirements:

  • A minimum of three (3) out of the past five (5) years of residency in the United States is mandatory
  • Candidates must possess either an active green card or citizenship
  • Prospective employees offered a position must have work authorization that does not necessitate employer-sponsored visa sponsorship, both presently and in the future
  • Those selected for this role may undergo a government security investigation and must meet the eligibility criteria for accessing classified information or be eligible for security clearances
  • Location: Gen3 is currently focusing its hiring efforts in these states: Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, DC, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, North Carolina, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin
