Job Summary:
The Organizational Development Specialist leverages deep experience and understanding of talent management and organizational development to advise and partner with leadership on approaches, initiatives and interventions related to change management, talent development, workforce planning, leadership coaching and performance enablement. This is a highly strategic and facilitative role that requires a combination of independence, focus and flexibility to collaborate on a wide range of programs and efforts designed to enhance culture and support a highly engaged workforce.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Serves as thought partner and trusted advisor to the business on strategic workforce planning and organization effectiveness issues.
Collaborates with HR leadership and COE specialists to develop the broad people strategy, focusing on organizational design, workforce development, talent management, engagement, and culture.
Liaises with senior leaders to determine current and future workforce needs, implement initiatives, track milestones, analyze results, identify best practice strategies, and develop workforce tools and programs for designated areas.
Assesses organizational capabilities, process, structures, and talent in partnership with employee relations and talent development to develop and deploy strategies and programs to address greatest opportunities.
Promotes the development of strong talent pipelines, liaising with stakeholders to identify future needs surrounding recruitment, succession, and career development.
Supports leadership with change management needs for business-led initiatives, providing tools and resources for organizational effectiveness and change management.
Partners with the broader HR team and internal stakeholders to define and execute diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy and to integrate into talent development programs and practices.
Contributes to the execution of performance management activities.
Works with Talent Development team to execute leadership coaching programs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Business, Human Resources, or related field, required
Master’s degree, preferred
At least 3 years management consulting experience focused on change management, workforce development, talent strategy, and/or organizational development, required
Advanced understanding of organization design, talent management and change management best practices, tools, and methods, required
Demonstrated success coaching and advising senior leaders on organizational effectiveness and talent related strategies, programs, and interventions, required
Experience with planning organizational change management processes, required
Solid understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion and talent management practices, including familiarity with current research and related best practices, required
Professional certifications in leadership development, workforce planning, coaching, change management, internal consulting, competency modeling, personality, and leadership assessments, preferred
Prior experience in a healthcare setting, preferred
