We are working with an Ohio client to identify a remote Sr. Business Analyst, Health Care IT. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements and workflows.
Translate business needs into technical requirements for IT teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Lead the development of business cases, process models, and impact assessments for health care IT projects.
Partner with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure successful project execution.
Conduct gap analyses and recommend solutions to enhance system efficiency and patient care outcomes.
Facilitate meetings and workshops with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive consensus.
Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in Health Care IT.
Strong understanding of healthcare systems, EHRs, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements.
Proficient in business analysis methodologies, process modeling, and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
