Job Summary
The Sr. Director of Corporate Strategy is a newly created position and will lead the internal strategy team to prioritize strategic initiatives for the Company. The ideal leader is insatiably curious, passionate about our restaurants, and a collaborative team player, who thrives on inspiring their team and influencing senior management on strategic company direction. This leader will develop thoughtful business cases for proposed strategic initiatives, generate proactive insights into trends shaping the restaurant industry and will bring recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team to shape the strategy for long-term business growth.
Your Key Job Functions
Provide strategic direction and vision for the internal strategy group in alignment with organizational goals.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to provide external perspective to the leadership team
Oversee the handling of confidential initiatives ensuring discretion and strategic execution
Promote and lead organizational change at all levels of the business
Partner with the EPMO office to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
Mentor and develop team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
What You Bring To The Team
5+ years of experience in strategy, strategic planning, consulting, or project management with at least 3 of these years in consulting experience leading corporate teams focused on organizational strategy
MBA preferred.
Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to analyze data and make sound recommendations.
Ability to effectively collaborate across various departments and teams to support cross functional projects and form consensus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively and clearly communicate a strategic and tactical vision to all levels within the organization, as well as with external agencies and business partners.
Strong desire to drive for results by taking initiative and establishing a clear plan of action to manage large scale projects and adjust priorities as necessary.
Accountability to evaluating team performance be leveraging existing skillsets and developing Team Members
A proactive forward-thinking mindset to devise the best cous of action, anticipating likely outcomes, and company-wide impact.
