We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technology Transformation Project Manager to lead and manage complex transformation projects across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, change management, and strategic planning. This role is crucial in ensuring that our transformation initiatives are executed effectively, on time, and within budget, while achieving the desired outcomes and benefits.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
Salary: $207,000 - $300,000/year

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, change management, and strategic planning. This role is crucial in ensuring that our transformation initiatives are executed effectively, on time, and within budget, while achieving the desired outcomes and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage large-scale transformation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage and communicate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure project alignment and address any issues or concerns.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring proactive solutions to potential issues.
- Change Management: Implement change management strategies to support adoption and minimize resistance, ensuring a smooth transition for all stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and expenditures are controlled.
- Performance Tracking: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project progress and success.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and best practices to enhance future project execution.
- Team Leadership: Provide direction, mentorship, and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior project management or transformation role.
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification required; PROSCI or other change management certification preferred.
