What will you be doing?

• Create: Concept and develop design for a wide range of projects, both digital and print: ranging from email marketing, website design, social media, video assets, gif animation, direct mail, in-store signage, trade show support, catalogs, and events, etc.
• Coordinate: Coordinate with Creative Marketing Lead Manager to ensure design and photography needs are clear and executed at the highest level; at various stages review projects with creative and marketing teams.
• Manage: Ensure and lead the timely conception and design of creative marketing materials, assets and features that meet brand strategy aesthetic. Ensure effective communication of brand’s message strategy to target audience.
• Collaborate: Create work that is thoughtful, impactful and relevant to the overall brand strategy aesthetic.
• Become an expert: Participate and provide meaningful contributions in brand strategy meetings; prepare any needed materials. Collaborate for styling/wardrobe, brand identity design, and in house/offsite art direction.

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!

• BA in Commercial Art or any other related Art Degree
• 5+ years experience at an Advertising Agency preferred.
• Must be able to clearly communicate strategic intent and creative thoughts internally/externally
• Strong understanding of typography and composition. (Product photography experience a plus)
• Knowledge/interest of current shoe/apparel trends preferred.
• Required: Mac platform, Adobe Creative Suite 5 or above (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office, Web/interactive experience
