We are on the lookout for a highly creative Sr. Graphic Designer who is passionate about crafting unique and compelling visual experiences. If you have a strong artistic vision, a flair for innovative design, and a deep love for creativity, this role is for you. You will be the driving force behind our visual storytelling, creating designs that captivate, inspire, and elevate our brand across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and Create: Bring fresh, original ideas to the table, developing creative concepts that resonate with our audience. You’ll be responsible for designing eye-catching visuals. Creativity is key.
• Visual Storytelling: Use your creative skills to tell our brand’s story through captivating designs.
• Innovative Design Solutions: Lead the charge in pushing the boundaries of traditional design. From experimenting with new trends to creating one-of-a-kind graphics, your work will set the tone for our brand’s visual identity.
• Webpage and Digital Content Design: Develop visually stunning web pages and digital assets that not only look great but also enhance the user experience. Your designs will be a key component in our online presence.
• Collaborative Creativity: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and develop cohesive campaigns. Your input will be crucial in shaping the overall visual direction of our brand.
• Canva Mastery: Utilize Canva and other design tools to create high-quality, quick-turnaround graphics that maintain our brand’s creative integrity. Yes, InDesign is key, and we value that expertise, but we also need someone who can fluidly navigate between platforms without missing a beat!
• Attention to Detail: Ensure every design element is meticulously crafted, from typography to color schemes, ensuring consistency and a polished final product.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in creative arts and graphic design.
• A portfolio that showcases your creative prowess and ability to think outside the box.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Experience in designing and creating things out of the air and layout design, with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on presenting and explaining creative concepts.
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple projects, and consistently meet deadlines.
• A natural collaborator who thrives in a team environment but can also work independently to bring creative visions to life.
  
  

Salary & Benefits

This position offers full-time benefits, including a comprehensive benefits package. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.

Additional compensation may be earned by exceeding sales and service goals.
