Sr. HR Business Partner - Financial Services Firm
New York City, NY & Harrison, NY (4 days on-site)
Salary $135,000 - $150,000
A leading financial services firm is seeking a dynamic and strategic Sr. HR Business Partner to join their team. This pivotal role involves partnering with senior leadership to drive HR strategies and initiatives across multiple independent brands within the organization. The Sr. HRBP will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience, fostering a high-performance culture, and supporting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Oversee talent processes including succession planning, performance management, and career development.
- Advise on complex employee relations issues and organizational changes.
- Lead initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and supports change management.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and develops HR policies.
- Partner on competitive compensation strategies and benefits programs.
- Develop and executes workforce planning strategies with business leaders.
- Champion employee engagement and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.
- 7-10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role.
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders and managing HR functions across multiple brands or business units.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in the finance or related industry is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
