The Senior Manager of Clinical Intervention Programs will lead our innovative clinical intervention programs. You will focus on creating programs that emphasize value based care and reduce the total cost of care for musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions. The role involves leading Luna's suite of programs designed for effective physical therapy care across various contexts, including surgical readiness assessments, fall prevention, and mobility improvement. This position will also develop and oversee the Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) program for Luna patients to enhance in-home, in-person care delivery. As a leader in the Clinical department, this dynamic individual will be responsible for program strategy, development, implementation, compliance, and communication across the operational, clinical, engineering and product teams that contribute to our mission of providing exceptional value based care to patients everywhere.


How you will have an impact
  • Program Management and Execution
- Own the continuous improvement of Luna's five clinical intervention programs, ensuring they meet health plan requirements and patient care needs.
  • Collaboration and Leadership
- Collaborate with health plans, ACOs, MSOs, and other value-based care providers to align program goals with broader healthcare objectives.- Lead and inspire the Clinical Intervention Programs team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Quality and Compliance
- Ensure our programs adhere to regulatory standards and provide exceptional care, evidenced by patient satisfaction and adherence rates.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
- Assess program data to determine effectiveness, make informed decisions, and report on outcomes to internal partners as necessary.- Utilize your creativity to continuously improve patient outcomes, with a focus on owning and iterating program processes to ensure high-quality care. 
  • Remote Therapeutic Monitoring Program Development
- Lead the evolution and implementation of a comprehensive Remote Therapeutic Monitoring program to enhance patient care and compliance in alignment with Luna’s goals; overseeing development of necessary protocols & workflows to support program operations. - Designing and executing initiatives to optimize patient outcomes, patient engagement and healthcare delivery using remote monitoring technologies. - Collaborating cross-functionally with various teams across Luna, including but not limited to Clinical, Operations, Regulatory Compliance, and Engineering to ensure successful implementation and ongoing management of remote monitoring programs.- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Remote Monitoring Technologies, and propose creative solutions to enhance program effectiveness.- Develop strategies to integrate remote monitoring with existing programs, focusing on cost-effectiveness and positive patient outcomes.

What you can offer Luna
  • 3+ years experience within a clinical management setting.
  • 2+ years experience in a non-clinical role, preferably within a revenue or operations team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in  healthcare administration, public health, or related field is required (advanced degree is preferred). 
  • Extensive experience in clinical program management, preferably in a physical therapy or MSK setting.
  • Ability to proactively utilize technical resources to provide better clinical programs.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of remote monitoring technologies and their application in clinical settings.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to travel ~5-10% of the time to partner with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to innovate and adapt in a rapidly changing healthcare environment.
  • Desire to provide high quality, value based care to patients everywhere.
