Our Private Equity Portfolio Resilience (PEPR) Program is meticulously tailored to support the Operating Partner in managing the security posture of all of its portfolio companies and help limit the risk of value erosion due to cybersecurity incidents.

Leveraging our extensive experience across diverse work streams—including PE operating advisory, executive incident command, forensics, and hands-on-keyboard recovery and business restoration—we empower our clients to navigate challenges and return to business with confidence. The insights gained from our frontline experience are instrumental in advising clients to enhance their cyber readiness, embodying our commitment to leading the charge in cybersecurity innovation and protecting portfolio value.
About the Role:
As a Sr. Manager Cybersecurity Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients through the PEPR (Preparation, Eradication, Persistence, and Recovery) lifecycle. You will be responsible for leading engagements, conducting comprehensive cybersecurity assessments, and developing robust cybersecurity frameworks that enable our clients to better anticipate, respond to, and recover from cyber threats.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage PEPR engagements for clients, from initial assessment through to recovery and remediation.
- Conduct comprehensive cybersecurity assessments, including vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and risk analysis.
- Develop and implement tailored cybersecurity frameworks aligned with client needs and industry best practices.
- Identify and prioritize cybersecurity risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project execution.
- Manage project budgets and timelines.
- Develop and deliver client presentations and training materials.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.
- Continuously improve internal methodologies and processes.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting or a related field.
- Proven experience leading and managing complex cybersecurity engagements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
- Proven experience conducting cybersecurity assessments, including vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and risk analysis.
- Experience developing and implementing cybersecurity frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
