The Opportunity

The Senior Manager of Strategy & Business Operations will play a critical role in driving high-impact cross-team projects in the Finance organization designed to improve operations, enhance productivity, and support the company's growth objectives. It provides opportunity to lead / support projects in various capacities, from being a strategic thought partner, crafting and executing change management for massive cross- team programs, to leaning PMO for large-scale transformation. It enables visibility in high-profile projects and exposure to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Depending on the role in the project, the responsibility could vary (e.g., building business case, PMO, change management, etc.). One should always be strategic and drive operations at the same time regardless of the role.
• Foster close collaboration with key stakeholders and teams involved.

Requirements

• Experience in Management Consulting and/or Corporate Strategy. Experience in eCommerce, Finance, and/or Technology space a plus
• High EQ skills and ability to communicate clearly with all different types of levels
• Ability to strategically structure and use frameworks to break down complex and/or ambiguous problems into clear steps and/or workstreams, design and conduct analysis, and synthesize insights / findings as inputs to strategic conversations
• Proven experience driving strategic cross-functional projects and deliverables, getting alignments with key stakeholders, and influencing without authority
• Entrepreneurial self-starter with a bias towards action who can thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
• Detailed oriented and organized with ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects
• Exceptional follow through and high level of accountability
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.

$144,000 - $216,150

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
