Supply Chain by Amazon is a fully automated set of supply chain services that gets products from manufacturers to customers around the world, helping our selling partners keep products in stock, provide faster and more reliable shipping, and significantly lower costs.
We are seeking a passionate, world-class leader to drive the go to market strategy for Supply Chain by Amazon. This leader will direct the strategic execution of team priorities, including defining the brand strategy, value proposition, and customer segmentation. In this role, you will also work with marketing channel owners to deliver an engaging go to market plan to drive traffic, trial and retention amongst our selling partners, reinforcing the long-term success of our partnership. This role requires a highly resourceful, self-driven individual with the ability to partner, execute and lead through influence and collaboration across all groups within the Selling Partner Services and Global Logistics businesses. You will have a high level of comfort navigating ambiguity, the ability to investigate complex challenges and can effectively influence cross-functional stakeholders. You work backwards from our customer, apply innovative thinking and dive deep to identify and mitigate gaps.

Key job responsibilities
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $140,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $232,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Key job responsibilities
- Define and deliver the brand strategy and value proposition for Amazon’s third-party selling partners.
- Establish marketing strategy for Supply Chain by Amazon, working with paid media, creative, central launch teams.
- Lead creative refinements with Design teams to test and optimize customer communication strategies
- Coordinate a team of dedicated marketers managing adjacent supply chain programs to ensure a clear and cohesive message
- Define mechanisms to effectively project manage across many cross-functional teams
- Determine metrics for success and report on progress to goals with senior leadership
- 10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience managing teams
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
- Experience leading across multiple locales
- Experience in traditional and emerging media channels including TV, OOH, cinema, digital display, online video and paid social
