Role: Sr Mgr, SAP Functional Lead, Schedule to Deliver
Start: ASAP - interviews take ~2 weeks

Location: Greater Denver area
Remote (Y/N): N
Travel expectations: Hybrid onsite, some flex
Schedule: m-f 9-5, some flex as needed
Technical Environment: Currently undergoing an S/4 HANA implementation

Project Scope:
What you will do:
- Grow and lead a high performing team of functional analysts and architects that will be responsible for designing and implementing SAP solutions to support Schedule to Deliver business function
- Work with senior business leaders to facilitate the business strategy with technology by developing a deep understanding of strategy, process, and business needs
- Develop SAP roadmaps, strategy, and budgets to ensure alignment with business goals
- Responsible for working with, and providing direction to, 3rd party providers to ensure SAP solutions meet business requirements, follow SAP best practice, and enrich the user experience
- May be responsible for hands-on architecting and designing SAP solutions to meet specific business requirements and ensuring integrity of design through to implementation
- Determine the optimal approach to develop and deliver required functionality from financial, architectural, operational perspectives
- Ensure integrity of all solutions in the Schedule to Deliver space through appropriate testing and quality assurance practices - Assist with the prioritization of demand items in the S2D space Accountable for optimized SAP solution delivery, both planning and execution Recruit, develop, and mentor team members
- Minimum 10 years practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery
- Minimum 3 years in a senior lead role either directly or indirectly leading a team of SAP professionals
- Undergraduate degree or diploma from a recognized university or technical school in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related equivalent Proven leader that can build and lead a high performing team
- Hands on functional experience working in the following SAP applications/modules: S/4HANA, TM, IM, EWM, LE
- Proven track record of successful SAP implementations as a Lead Architect History of designing complex SAP solutions to enable unique business processes
- Proven ability of SAP delivery planning, including milestone planning, resource assignment, and securing budget
- Experience in SAP development estimation and best practices in solution delivery
- Strategic and flexible thinker who can implement timely and workable solutions in a developing and dynamic environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including strong presentation skills with experience presenting and fielding questions from senior leaders
- Ability to interact with all levels of business stakeholders, from executive to field staff
- Willingness to learn, teach, and share information with teammates, peers, management, and users
