Position Details

The Senior Administrative Assistant supports one or more Senior Leaders, providing a wide range of administrative support to the team by implementing department/operational processes to help meet our goals. This position may require some travel.

Compensation

This position is hourly and the target pay is $24.37-$36.53.

The range provided is a guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Other factors that are involved in offer decisions include, and are not limited to: a candidate's experience, qualifications, geographical area, and internal equity of the team.

You Will

  • Manage logistics/event planning for all leadership meetings including selecting venues, food, coordinating development of schedules, and providing on-site meeting support.
  • Schedule and manage business travel logistics and ensure leader has necessary documentation for travel. (Domestic/lnternational)
  • Manage multiple documents including composing, modifying, and proofreading (i.e. memos/letters, reports, PowerPoint presentations, SharePoint updates, surveys, organizational charts, or records management).
  • Task and project management may include (but not limited to) managing invites, coordinating presentation content and handouts, recording actions items and audio, facilitating online questions from attendees during meetings, troubleshooting technical and lo gistical issues, and organizing follow up activities.
  • Effectively manage leaders' time via strategic and proactive calendar management and scheduling.
  • Support leadership in planning and distributing team member and leader communications.
  • Participate in department projects and tasks including but not limited to training and team meetings.
  • Monitor, maintain, and order department supplies and manage associated budget; may own other department specific processes or activities.
  • Participate in and lead relevant department projects including, but not limited to, relevant enterprise - wide and departmental processes and procedures, training and team meetings, and office moves.
  • Train and provide backup support for other Administrative Business Partners as needed.
  • Support the onboarding and departure process for department team members.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of department and appropriate Company policies, procedures, and operations.

You Have

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of administrative experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to proofread documents for correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Ability to learn multiple software programs.
