The Senior Sales Operations Analyst is a strategic position responsible for supporting the sales team and leadership in achieving revenue targets, improving sales efficiency, and enhancing overall performance. The role will require a blend of business acumen, data analysis skills, and technical development to drive effectiveness across our field teams.

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst is a strategic position responsible for supporting the sales team and leadership in achieving revenue targets, improving sales efficiency, and enhancing overall performance. The role will require a blend of business acumen, data analysis skills, and technical development to drive effectiveness across our field teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy and Planning
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership to develop and refine sales strategies, goals and objectives
- Conduct market analysis to develop sound territory segmentation practices for our sales team
- Manage and streamline the end-to-end process of compensation plan design and delivery for the field
- Sales Process Optimization
- Support technical development and enablement of key tools across the technology stack
- Identify bottleneck and inefficiencies in the sales pipeline and develop solution for improvement
- Sales Analytics and Reporting
- Develop and maintain key business intelligence reports for our leadership and field teams
- Identify trends and patterns to deliver insights for more informed decision making
- Forecasting and Budgeting
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Finance department to establish and track key metrics and targets
- Refine and optimize forecasting efforts by recommending corrective actions
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing, Finance, Product Management to align with overall company objectives.
- Serve as a liaison between sales and other departments to ensure smooth coordination and communication
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience working in sales, finance, revenue or business operations
- SaaS experience strongly preferred
- Expertise in Business Intelligence tools and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics & PowerBI preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement sales processes, procedures and policies
- Proven proficiency in identifying, prioritizing and resolving complex problems
- Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages and presentations
- Ability to work with a diverse team and influence/drive change across functional and business boundaries
