As Relyance AI’s Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving our go-to-market strategy by building and scaling a world-class GTM team. You’ll be the first GTM focused TA Partner joining the VP, Talent to build and scale a world-class Talent function. You will collaborate with internal hiring partners on strategic and tactical recruitment through creative sourcing methods, networking, and employment branding to align with Relyance AI’s growth.
As a Sr. TA Partner, your role will include:
Owning the full recruitment life cycle from intake to sourcing to interviewing to closing for a variety of sales and marketing positions
Partnering with Hiring Managers to develop comprehensive recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives
Leveraging innovative sourcing techniques to build robust talent pipelines for high-impact sales and marketing roles
Conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidate fit for both role and company culture
Utilizing Greenhouse to optimize the hiring process and generate actionable insights
Building strong partnerships with sales and marketing leadership to understand business needs and talent requirements
This role could be a fit for you if you bring:
5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on sales and marketing roles
Proven track record of building high-performing Sales and Marketing teams
Deep understanding of sales and marketing metrics and KPIs
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders
A passion for identifying top talent and driving business growth
2+ years of experience recruiting for an Enterprise Software Company
Experience recruiting in a fast paced, startup environment

As such, the base salary pay range for this role is $100,000 to $140,000.
