ICX Group is seeking an Staff Accountant with for a growing company here locally in Jacksonville. In this role, the Staff Accountant will be assisting with month end close procedures including posting journal entries and reconciliations.

Responsibilities:
Perform accounting and financial reporting functions including monthly journal entries, financial statements, account reconciliations and variance analyses
Prepare various reports and conduct ad hoc projects as required
Assist in developing and maintaining uniform accounting policies and procedures
Perform month end and period end GL close as well as bank reconciliations
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting
2+ years related experience
Strong communication skills
