Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr
Responsibilities

  • Safeguard Client Trust Funds by reviewing disbursement requests for compliance with internal policies and procedures. Review and release Client Trust Fund payments in the bank with adherence to firm policies and fraud prevention rules.
  • Take an active role in the Client Trust fund process to ensure all deposits and internal account transfers are completed timely and accurately.
  • Oversee the bank reconciliation process for a high volume of Client Trust and Firm accounts.
  • Assist with calculating quarterly and annual performance bonuses.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports.
  • Review general ledger and reclass entries as needed.
  • Manage balance sheet accounts ensuring integrity by thoroughly reviewing account activity and balances for accuracy.
  • Assist with annual financial review and tax preparation.
  • Daily review of bank accounts.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
