Staff Accountant

Join our clients' growing medical benefits company as a Staff Accountant in Jacksonville, FL! In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on-site for the first 90 days before transitioning to a hybrid schedule. You'll be an integral part of our team and help in all aspects of day-to-day accounting, work closely with department heads to ensure accurate reporting, and play a key role in the timely preparation of financial statements.

We're seeking a candidate who can bring:

• 2+ years experience as a Staff Accountant or similar.
• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or similar. (No bachelors? Additional work experience can be considered instead.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Accounting Software, preferably SAGE + Quickbooks
• Experience in the healthcare industry (strongly preferred, but not required.)
• Ability to be adaptable, have a start-up mentality and be interested in an opportunity that offers room for growth.
