Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Perform detailed account reconciliations and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
  • Support the month-end and year-end close processes, including the preparation of journal entries and adjustments
  • Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance and facilitate smooth audit processes
  • Assist with the preparation of internal and external financial reports and disclosures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather and validate financial information for reporting purposes
  • Monitor changes in accounting regulations and standards to ensure compliance
  • Participate in the development and implementation of financial reporting processes and improvements


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience with financial reporting in a corporate environment
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS)
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage Intacct, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
