The Global Partner Marketing team operates within the Global Marketing Demand Generation organization. The team’s primary responsibility is to promote and evolve the Seagate Partner Program (SPP). Aligned closely with regional channel marketing teams and business leaders, this group plays a critical role in supporting the overall partner strategy, driving revenue, loyalty, and engagement with Seagate Partners.
About The Role - You Will
The Staff Program Manager for Global Partner Marketing at Seagate will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive marketing programs that address the needs and opportunities within our global partner ecosystem. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for collaboration and innovation in the marketing space. This role reports into the Director of Global Partner Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- In this role you will be responsible for supporting and executing partner specific marketing campaign programs within the overarching global Seagate Partner Program (SPP). These programs are intended toscale and be self-service through the partner portal. This individual will provide marketing support to help Seagate Partners generate demand for Seagate products and solutions.
- Create and manage marketing programs that enhance partner engagement, drive demand, and support the overall business objectives of Seagate.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of partner marketing programs and make data-driven decisions.
- Managing a dedicated partner or partners account to ensure marketing and SPP requirements are met with each partner assigned.
- Proven experience in program management within a marketing context, preferably in the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of the global partner ecosystem and experience in creating marketing programs that cater to diverse partner needs.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Extensive experience in channel and partner marketing roles, preferably in the technology industry.
- Expert understanding of how to drive business and marketing through the partner ecosystem.
- Strong project management and vendor management skills.
- Analytical experience to measure and test program effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree and /or equivalent experience.

Seagate is able to offer virtual employment for this position in the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, WY.
The estimated base salary range for this position is $102,700 - 149,500. The individual salary is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Seagate offers comprehensive benefits to its eligible employees, including, but not limited to, eligibility for variable pay bonus, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, short-and long-term disability, 401(k), employee stock purchase plan, health savings account, dependent care, and healthcare spending accounts. Seagate also offers paid time off, including 12 holidays, flexible time off provided pursuant to Seagate policy, a minimum of 48 hours of paid sick leave, and 16 weeks of paid parental leave. The benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year and may differ depending on work location.
