  • Sustainability starts at the source. 🌱 Recently, members of our U.S. and Canadian teams traveled to Colombia to learn about KDP-supported projects that help to protect the future of coffee from the effects of climate change.   • Congratulations to three of our KDP team members as they join the Executive Leadership Team! "KDP is evolving our leadership structure to drive the next phase of our growth," said Tim Cofer, Chief Executive Officer. "We have been intentional about building a deep bench of talent, and we are fortunate to have leaders who are seasoned, forward-thinking and ready to step into these critical roles." Eric Gorli will oversee KDP’s $9 billion liquid refreshment business as President, U.S. Refreshment Beverages, bringing broad and deep beverage industry experience, including nearly two decades in roles within The Coca-Cola Company’s system before joining KDP in 2015. Sean Cronican will lead KDP’s customer-facing teams as Chief Customer Officer, drawing on his nearly 30 years of sales experience. Prior to joining KDP in 2016, Sean spent nearly 20 years with Abbott Nutrition. Drew Panayiotou is elevated to Chief Marketing Officer for KDP, including both U.S. Refreshment Beverages and U.S. Coffee, bringing nearly three decades of sales, marketing and general management experience and a digital-first approach to marketing.

  • Over the holiday season, employees from around the globe participated in local volunteer events to spread joy in their communities: · In Texas, members of our Corporate Affairs team members from across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico wrapped holiday gifts for Ronald McDonald House Charities and Streetside Showers. · In Vermont, employees volunteered at Aunt Dot’s Place to pack food and personal care items for residents. · In Switzerland, our Keurig Trading team distributed shopping bags to customers to support the Partage Foundation, a nonprofit food bank that collects, sorts, and stores unsold food and redistributes it free of charge to those in need. · In Arkansas, the sales team volunteered at the Northwest Arkansas Food Bank and provided access to more than 9,500 meals to local Arkansans.   Thank you all for making a difference in the communities we call home!
