Essential Functions
Keller Postman is seeking an experienced full lifecycle corporate recruiter to help manage, own, and coordinate our internal recruiting and resource management
Essential Functions
- This role will support all our non-legal operations hiring including executive and director level hiring
- This role will support and assist with third-party searches for Associate hiring
- Source passive candidates for hard to fill positions
- Screen resumes and conduct recruiting intake phone calls
- Conduct hiring manager intakes on new requisitions
- Schedule interviews and conduct interview feedback sessions
- Draft offer letters and negotiate offers and start dates
- Coordinate with HR team to initiate onboarding
- Coordinate with the Operations Team to forecast hiring needs
- Work with other recruiting team members to build out best practices, process, and general Talent Pipelining for all KP recruiting
- Provide a smooth candidate process and maintain utmost confidentiality
- Coordinate and own all contingent talent and resource management
- 3-5 years of experience
- Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo, iCIMs, Greenhouse, lever, Jobvite, etc.)
- Strong passive candidate generation and sourcing skills
- Experience working with entry level to executive level roles
- Agency partnership experience Experience with sourcing platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter
- 1+ year in corporate recruiting
- Experience in recruiting for a law firm
- Agency Experience strongly preferred
- High volume recruiting experience
- Legal or JD Advantage Recruiting experience
- Bachelor's Degree required
