Ragnarok is a rapidly-expanding full-service agency with teams in the US, Europe, and Asia. As a marketing + dev agency rolled into one, we bridge the gap between creative, marketing, and technology. We specialize in cross-channel content strategy, creation, and distribution (email, paid social, push, SMS, web, video), and MarTech implementations. We work with 50+ clients, ranging in size from companies like YETI, Upside, and Nutrafol to established marquee brands like A+E Networks, Afterpay, and Stanley Black & Decker.


We are looking to bring on a Strategic Customer Success Manager to manage a variety of CRM marketing projects simultaneously. This person would work heavily with our strategy, creative, and email production teams. This role is a mix of business strategy, project management, and client interactions. The person in this role will primarily focus on larger enterprise accounts. They will serve as a conduit between our clients and the Ragnarok team, keeping us on track to fulfill projects and ensuring our success in meeting project deadlines. This is a full-time, fully remote position.


Responsibilities:

  • Understand clients' business goals + support the development of marketing strategies as they relate to these goals.
  • Able to take these goals and turn them into marketing objectives and deliverables.
  • Effectively project manage all assigned project resources, ensuring all deadlines are met with an accurate and high-quality product.
  • Assist in guiding each client through the Ragnarok support process, customize the deliverables and dates according to the specific project, and effectively manage all Ragnarok deliverables and communications with the client.
  • Participate in all internal meetings, ensuring all client requests are ticketed and contain sufficient information, as well as provide answers to any questions from other internal team members.
  • Track all tasks in our project management tool and partner with our internal team to ensure sufficient resourcing and on-time delivery of assets.
  • Identify opportunities for additional Ragnarok services and facilitate a successful acquisition of those services during or after the project.


Minimum requirements to be considered:

  • 6+ years working in a client-facing account management or campaign management role.
  • 4+ years working with a marketing team or serving marketing as a client.
  • Knowledge of marketing best practices.
  • Strong project management and accountability skills are extremely important! You will ensure we’re delivering on project goals every step of the way.
  • Experience with routing feedback and assets between different stakeholders.
  • A track record of great communication between teams or clients.
  • Well-versed in marketing programs and methods, including marketing plans, strategic recommendations, A/B testing, execution, and reading results.


The ideal candidate:

  • Platform experience with Iterable, Braze, Segment, mParticle, Customer.io, or other similar best-in-breed MarTech tools.
  • Previous experience with email production.
  • Has superior written skills, epic organization, email etiquette, and communication skills.
  • Is a people person with a good attitude, is friendly, and thrives in a team environment.
  • Worked in an organization that has multiple teams and can communicate well cross-functionally.
  • Is a self-starter and motivated.
