Working with the team, you’ll will develop and lead our workforce strategy, building out our policies and programs as the company scales. You'll provide guidance and counsel and have the opportunity to improve and impact every employee's experience.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with senior leadership to support key strategic initiatives including fundraising, M&A, strategic partnerships, licensing, and capital allocation planning
  • Lead the corporate FP&A reporting process to support performance reviews and goal setting
  • Own the financial model and communicate forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in development of Board presentations and materials
  • Track investment activity and insights across the life sciences industry

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in investment banking and private equity, and / or corporate finance
  • Experience leading deal processes, including managing key 3rd party intermediaries (e.g. consultants, accountants, tax advisors)
  • Strong excel and financial modeling skills
