As a strategy and change management analyst, you’ll use your expertise to assess how alterations will impact business processes and design to develop strategic communications plans, organizational designs, and change strategy implementation. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.

You Have:
- 7+ years of experience in strategy development supporting senior executive clients
- 7+ years of experience with face-to-face client interaction in project execution, project management, and administration discussions
- 7+ years of experience with DoD project management office support
- Experience with facilitating complex programmatic, budget, process, and technology meetings and offsites
- Experience with linking organizational management processes with organizational capabilities
- Experience with informational technology service management operating models in complex technology portfolio management
- Ability to apply frameworks aligned to strategy and transformation efforts in the public sector
- Ability to distill and articulate complex messages in oral and written forms for technical and non-technical audiences
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with supporting the Navy
- Possession of excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- PROSCI, LaMarsh, or Association for Change Management Professionals Certification
- Strategic Planning Certification
