Conduct daily walkthroughs and inspections of the property.
Address repair and maintenance issues promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and perform touch-ups in common areas.
Manage the building's mechanical systems.
Supervise contractors and vendors working within the building.
Communicate effectively with the Property Manager regarding all building issues.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management to meet the owner's expectations.
Be available for after-hours or weekend emergencies.
Requirements:
A strong sense of pride in workmanship.
Fire Safety Director designation (F89 or similar).
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to effectively communicate, write monthly reports, resolve issues, and deliver overall excellent customer service to owners and clients.
