A well respected, mid-size General Contractor operating in the Nashville market with a focus on new construction of multifamily apartment projects as well as commercial mixed use properties, including garden style, wrap, podium and high-rise builds. Seeking to capitalize on a growth market, improve the environments they build and advance the careers of their employees.

About the Position:

Hiring a Superintendent for multifamily projects of $50M+ in the Nashville area.

Requirements:

Applicants must have prior experience building 250-400+ unit multifamily apartments, condos, hotels or dormitories.

Applicants must have 8 or more years as a Superintendent for a GC.
