Who We’re Looking For
As a key member of our Operations team, the Supervisor Manufacturing will oversee the manufacturing and production processes of medical devices, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with regulations.
About The Role
Supervise and lead a team of assemblers over multiple production lines and final packaging.
Implement and enforce quality control processes and procedures.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Train production staff on standard operating procedures, safety procedures, and quality control measures.
Track and report on various manufacturing metrics and site KPI's.
Minimum Qualifications
3-5 years' experience as manufacturing supervisor with cleanroom experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
Associates degree or higher
Ability to use basic Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
Ability to lift 35lbs
SAP experience a plus
