The Supply Chain Analyst will assist with the planning and tracking of capital expenditures, analysis and development of standard configurations, research and resolution of past due invoices, data mapping for acquisitions, and the resolution of ItemMaster and fleet data requests. This role works closely with the Supply Chain Manager, Sourcing Managers, Fleet Managers and Accounts Payable.

What You’ll Do

Supply Chain/Procurement

• Administration of advanced purchase orders. Duties include creating/updating APO summary to ensure accuracy, analyzing pending requisitions to ensure APO compliance, As needed, obtain necessary approvals from Sourcing and Fleet to update requisitions.
• Collaborate with purchasing agents and suppliers to ensure delivery date accuracy. Track and report missing and past due dates. Communicate with purchasing agents, sourcing managers and suppliers to resolve ship date issues.
• Maintain and update standard configuration pricing. Analyze purchasing history to identify standard configuration add opportunities.
• Review PO change log to ensure requests are actioned timely and accurately. Communicate with Sourcing and suppliers on issue resolution.
  
  

Accounts Payable

• Collaborate with Suppliers, Accounts Payable and purchasing agents to analyze and resolve past due invoices.
• Analyze and track invoice issue causes and resolutions.
• Develop process improvements to reduce past due invoices.
• Oversee consolidated billing to ensure on time payments and accuracy.
  
  

Data Support

• Assist in resolution of fleet data, Fleetops and ItemMaster email requests.
• Review and Process cat class adds and changes.
• Analyze and update FAST attributes file.
• Review item adds for accuracy.
• Collaborate with acquisition team to map cat classes and PME. Duplicate open acquisition purchase orders as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Requirements

• College Degree preferred
• 2 years experience in Purchasing/Buying preferred
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Heavy PC/phone duties: professional, courteous, phone etiquette
• Knowledge of construction equipment a plus
