Responsibilities

1. Establish a relatively independent supply chain and procurement system for the joint venture in the USA, ensuring the independence and efficient operation of the supply chain.

2. Develop and optimize the supply chain management processes in the USA, responsible for drafting, upgrading, and reviewing relevant policies, assisting in optimizing supply chain solutions, and improving work processes.

3. Assist in the full lifecycle management of suppliers according to the company’s supplier management requirements, standardizing the new supplier entry process, classifying and grading suppliers, and managing them daily to ensure standardized and efficient supplier management.

4. Responsible for the execution and management of procurement orders, ensuring the efficient operation of procurement processes.

5. Establish and maintain a production cost database, analyze supplier production costs, and provide data support to optimize procurement decisions and cost control.

6. Organize and provide supply chain-related documents according to international policies and the company’s overall strategy to support strategic decisions and business development.

7. Manage and develop the supply chain team in the USA, ensuring the professional capabilities and work efficiency of team members.Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the overall level of the team and meet the company’s business development needs.

Qualifications:

1. Language Skills: Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with the ability to use both languages fluently in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

2.Procurement Experience: Experience in procurement within the US manufacturing industry, familiar with the full lifecycle of procurement management processes, and knowledgeable about local indirect procurement resources in the USA.

3. New Factory Experience: Experience in setting up new factories in the USA, capable of handling urgent procurement needs for new factory setups to ensure smooth production.

4.Team Management: Experience in managing teams, with the ability to effectively lead and manage a team of at least six members.

5.Multinational Company Experience: Experience working in multinational companies, with strong internal and external communication skills, able to work efficiently in a cross-cultural environment.

6.Responsibility: Strong sense of responsibility, proactive in taking on work responsibilities, and ensuring high-quality completion of tasks.
