Supply Chain Data Analyst

Description

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Analyst with a strong background in data and project management to join our team in a temporary remote role. In this position, you will play a critical role in managing customer master data and supporting various supply chain functions. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute their expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Take charge of Customer Master Data (CMD) setup and management, ensuring data accuracy and integrity in SAP, including data entry, validation, and governance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Business Units, Shared Services, and IT teams to manage data governance, particularly for obsolete and discontinued products.
  • Support & Coordination: Act as the go-to person for CMD-related queries and provide administrative support. Coordinate with various teams for EDI setup and ensure timely completion of SAP setup milestones.
  • New Goods & Documentation: Oversee the creation of new finished goods, assign UPC codes, and attach art files to SAP PLM document records.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven skills in data entry and project management with experience in ERP systems like SAP ECC and WMS ERPs. Familiarity with EDI implementation and customer/vendor roles is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and the capability to stay calm under pressure. Proficiency in maintaining documentation and tracking logs is essential.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in supply chain management or business is preferred.
  • Attributes: Curious and eager to learn new concepts, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
