Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Supply Chain and Production Manager with a background in Food Engineering. This role is critical to our mission of reshaping urban infrastructure and requires someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong problem-solving ability, and a proven track record in building capabilities and leading teams.
What You’ll Do:
End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Oversee the entire supply chain process, from procurement to distribution, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Production Management: Lead the production process, optimizing operations for scalability, quality, and speed.
Team Leadership: Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production and supply chain strategies with overall business goals.
Process Optimization: Implement AI, robotics, and other technological solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve complex supply chain and production challenges, ensuring smooth operations.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive initiatives and deliver on commitments.
What We Want From You
Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience in supply chain and production management, preferably within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and experience in building and leading teams.
Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with AI, robotics, and frozen meal production in a supply chain context is a plus.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business outcomes.
