System Administrator

Overview: We are looking for a Systems Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure. This role involves system maintenance, network administration, backup and recovery, user account management, and ensuring security compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support IT systems and infrastructure.
• Manage network configuration and performance.
• Implement and oversee backup and recovery processes.
• Administer user accounts and provide technical support.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and conduct regular audits.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years in IT Administration.
• Education: Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Skills: Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and security. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, Jira Cloud, Confluence, Proofpoint PPS, Vonage Business VoIP, Zscaler, Tenable/Nessus.
• Proficiency in Windows and Mac, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions and strong documentation skills.
