Experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's)

  • 3+ years' experience working in a collaborative, team environment with stakeholders, application developers and project managers.
  • 3+ years' experience with documenting business requirements and meeting minutes
  • 3+ years' experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions for business and system analysis
  • 3+ years' experience with leading teams to self-organization
  • 3+ years' experience working on development projects utilizing agile/iterative development techniques
  • Experience with coordinating multiple simultaneous tasks
  • Experience designing proof of concepts and screen mockups
  • Experience developing and following test plans
  • Knowledge of data privacy and protection initiatives
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred KSA's
