Position Summary

LinQuest is seeking a Systems Engineering & Integration Program Manager for an exciting opportunity to support the Air Force's deployment of the next generation Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) system, Sentinel. This position is located at Hill AFB, Utah and requires a Secret security clearance.

The Systems Engineering & Integration Program Manager will work with a highly skilled team of systems engineers in a multitude of disciplines including requirements management; and modeling, simulation, and analysis (MS&A) data management; program protection; and Unified Certification Strategy (UCS) implementation. The candidate will work hand-in-hand with USAF civilian and uniformed program managers and engineers on a daily basis and will provide assistance with schedule management and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) tasks.

The program manager will provide frequent communication with the government and provide briefings and reports for senior military and government personnel. This position will operate in an organizational culture that develops and challenges employees to achieve high performance in a fast-paced, high-morale workplace using streamlined management policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8 years experience in program management
  • Proactive person with a positive attitude and a “team player” mentality
  • Highly organized with acute attention to detail
  • Possess a willingness to learn while also sharing your current knowledge/skills
  • Proactively provides ideas/thoughts
  • Enjoys finishing tasks on time and assisting team members
  • Possesses both strategic thinking skills and tactical execution skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance and all required Special Program accesses

Preferred Skills And Experience

  • An active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • A Master’s of Business Administration from an accredited university
  • Experience with using scheduling software like Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 EPPM
  • Experience in Earned Value Management
  • Experience in Control Account Management
  • Prior experience with DoD weapon system acquisition programs
  • Specific ICBM weapon system experience
  • An active DoD security clearance
