Base pay range

$99,330.00/yr - $151,704.00/yr

This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams and locations.

As part of a unique, passionate, and highly skilled Talent Acquisition Operations team at Blue Origin, you will support the development and enhancement of our recruiting processes to attract top talent across all regions. You will partner closely with the TA Process Lead and are responsible for executing on an operating rhythm that solicits process feedback and suggestions and operationalize the change management plan to ensure support and adoption readiness across TA on recommended process changes. Additional special projects and analysis may be assigned. You will be reporting to the Sr. Manager of TA Processes, Compliance and Systems Supports.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and implications of changes to regulations
  • Incorporate technical/functional hiring needs into effective recruiting processes
  • Partner with team members to integrate TA programs into recruiting process, as applicable
  • Support workshops and events with relevant stakeholders to drive process improvements
  • Responsible for updating of process documentation, recruiter and RC handbooks, TA wiki and training materials are up-to-date and relevant
  • Develop plans to address process exceptions and errors
  • Research industry best practices, conduct analysis and identify improvement opportunities to our recruiting practices and processes
  • Support the prioritization of proposed process changes from stakeholders; execute on change management plans to implement changes
  • Support external audits
  • Support Employer Branding on career site content management

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources or related business area is preferred
  • 5+ years recruiting and/or Human Resources background
  • Experience of recruitment process development
  • Understanding of EEO, OFCCP, and AAP requirements and application to recruiting process
  • Proven success with critical thinking, communication, and presentation skills to build solid relationships, develop solutions, and deliver solutions
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and human capital management systems
  • Strong internal and external customer service focus
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Desired Qualifications

  • Expertise in Workday, Jira, or similar ATS and ticketing systems
  • Demonstrated success driving process improvements, including change management
  • Experience with training development or delivery
  • Start up, high growth, or ambiguous environment experience

Compensation Range For

CO applicants is $99,330.00-$139,062.00;WA applicants is $108,360.00-$151,704.00

Other Site Ranges May Differ

Paid Time Off: Up to four (4) weeks per year based on weekly scheduled hours, and up to 14 company-paid holidays.
