The Talent Partner will be responsible for driving growth by building and scaling our GTM and customer facing teams in the USA by developing meaningful relationships with major stakeholders internally and externally. This role demands a high-energy, motivated professional with an exceptional track record in recruitment and building sales and GTM teams. This is a unique opportunity to join a well-funded cybersecurity startup to join and be part of the founding team of a growing global People team.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the hiring processes in the US, owning the entire lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, for various teams including sales, marketing, customer success etc.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and Define and execute talent acquisition strategies, creating plans that attract top talents
  • Master our value proposition and effectively communicate it to potential candidates
  • Proactively focus on creative methods to ensure a consistent top-of-funnel pipeline of qualified candidates such as direct sourcing, referrals, and more
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact to final decision, and think outside the box to attract talent
  • Monitoring hiring processes using data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and hiring success

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition/recruitment roles in global startups or hi-tech companies
  • Experience in sourcing and building pipelines for sales tech roles
  • Ability to develop a strong understanding of the cyber security domain, our tech stacks and business in order to then articulate the value of joining Sentra
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Team player with strong communication skills, and can-do attitude
  • Ability to seamlessly alternate between various tasks with high energy
  • Ability to take ownership and make an impact
