Job Description

Tax Partner

If you are an aspiring Sr. Manager or Tax Partner looking to make a career move, our Tempe based client is in search of a Tax Partner. This role will:

  • Manage the office, and be the outward representative of the firm.
  • Increase knowledge and mentor current staff.
  • Grow the firm by developing new clients as well as maintaining and developing existing clients.
  • Find existing synergies within the firm as you think like an entrepreneur.
  • Strategically advance the firm with a futuristic business view.
  • Make technology improvements to facilitate process improvements.
  • Help staff and managers implement process improvements to each position.
  • Mentor and develop existing staff.
  • Maintain and review the current work product of firm staff and management.
