Technical Consultant

As an OFSAA Consultant with expertise in FCCM, you will play a critical role in implementing and maintaining Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) solutions related to financial crime detection, compliance, and reporting. Your responsibilities will include understanding data flows, configuring OFSAA modules, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Techno-Functional Expertise:

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the OFSAA FCCM suite of products.
• Understand the technical architecture, data models, and functional components within FCCM.

Data Flow Analysis:

• Analyze data flows within OFSAA AML (Anti-Money Laundering), KYC (Know Your Customer), and ECM (Enterprise Case Management).
• Identify data sources, transformations, and mappings to ensure accurate and efficient processing.

Regulatory Reporting:

• Familiarity with OFSAA CTR (Currency Transaction Reporting) and CRR (Customer Regulatory Reporting).
• Understand reporting requirements and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in PL/SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Experience with Oracle OJET (Oracle JavaScript Extension Toolkit), Oracle Forms Framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shell scripting.

Customization and UI Enhancement:

• Customize the ECM (Enterprise Case Management) user interface screens to meet specific business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance user experience and streamline workflows.

Agile Methodology:

• Knowledge of Agile practices and tools (e.g., JIRA) for project management and collaboration.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative development cycles.

Continuous Learning:

• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and OFSAA product updates.
• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance skills and contribute to the team’s success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in OFSAA or FCCM are advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
