Join us as a Technical Project Manager at Bytecode IO, where you'll coordinate and plan large-scale projects that bring tangible business value through cutting-edge data solutions. You’ll work closely with a team of talented developers to deliver transformative data projects, such as modernizing data stacks and fostering data-driven cultures with sleek, intuitive dashboards.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Project Manager, you will:

• Lead Consulting Projects: Oversee projects from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring all stages from planning to closure are seamlessly managed.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their analytics goals are met.
• Conduct Meetings: Prepare and facilitate project kick-off meetings, weekly internal scrums, and regular client checkpoints.
• Monitor Progress: Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines diligently, ensuring adherence to schedules.
• Clear Communication: Provide regular updates to all stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned and informed on project status.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and blockers, working proactively with stakeholders to mitigate them.
• Project Planning: Collaborate with the Bytecode project team to develop detailed project plans, including comprehensive task breakdowns.
• Ensure Excellence: Work closely with your team to guarantee top-notch project delivery.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough project documentation and keep task tracking tools up-to-date with relevant information.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Liaise with the wider Bytecode team to identify and resolve risks efficiently.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements in line with project management best practices.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Project Management within a consultancy environment.
• Data Expertise: Understanding of data analysis and experience with data visualization and BI tools.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Documents, Slides).
• Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of various agile methodologies and project tracking tools.
• Multi-Project Management: Proven ability to balance priorities across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Customer Service: Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Initiative: Ability to take initiative and manage projects with minimal oversight.

Nice to Have

• Certifications: PMP or other recognized project management certifications.
• Agile Frameworks: Experience with Kanban, Scrum, or Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe).
• Tool Proficiency: Experience with tools such as Looker, Retool, and Preset.
