  • Android telephony log analysis i.e Voice/VoLTE, data, SMS/MMS log analysis
  • Understanding of Modem layer i.e. L1, L2, L3, RLP, RRC, NAS
  • Basic call processing using modem logs.
  • Automation tools dev. Experience in Python
  • Understanding of Android/iPhone OS and features
  • Android/iOS OS/Build Testing experience

Experience Required

Education and Qualifications

  • B.S in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years hands-on experience in bug analysis and triaging
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

The role is to support the team with triaging the bugs coming in from the users which involves log analysis, building automation scripts.

General Responsibilities
