In this role, you will oversee the financial aspects of touring shows, ensuring each project operates smoothly and remains within budget. You will collaborate closely with our Touring and Finance teams, significantly impacting innovative and high-energy projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Budget Management: Develop and oversee budgets for touring shows to ensure financial stability and success.
- Expense Tracking: Monitor and manage project expenses to maintain alignment with approved limits.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial documents including cost reports, cash flows, and profitability analysis.
- Billing and Compliance: Handle project billing, ensure timely payments, and maintain compliance with company policies and contracts.
- Audit Support: Assist with external audits and review contract terms to ensure financial compliance.
- Collaboration: Partner with project managers and stakeholders to address financial matters and keep everyone informed about project status.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of finance department processes and practices.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certification: CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project or cost accounting.
- Skills: Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel; strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Communication: Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate and manage multiple projects efficiently.
