Role Overview

You will collaborate closely with our Touring and Finance teams, significantly impacting innovative and high-energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Budget Management: Develop and oversee budgets for touring shows to ensure financial stability and success.
  • Expense Tracking: Monitor and manage project expenses to maintain alignment with approved limits.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial documents including cost reports, cash flows, and profitability analysis.
  • Billing and Compliance: Handle project billing, ensure timely payments, and maintain compliance with company policies and contracts.
  • Audit Support: Assist with external audits and review contract terms to ensure financial compliance.
  • Collaboration: Partner with project managers and stakeholders to address financial matters and keep everyone informed about project status.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of finance department processes and practices.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certification: CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project or cost accounting.
  • Skills: Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel; strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate and manage multiple projects efficiently.
