You will work closely with our training team to coordinate training sessions, develop training materials, and provide administrative support for training programs. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, room setup, and materials preparation
Assist in the development of training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources
Provide administrative support for training programs, including tracking attendance, collecting feedback, and maintaining training records
Assist in the evaluation of training programs to ensure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop training solutions
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in training and development
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Previous experience in training and development is a plus but not required
