Technical Training Instructor - CNC Manufacturing: Noblesville, IN
DISHER is currently partnering with a world leader in CNC machine manufacturing to fill their Technical Training Instructor role. In this role, you will develop and lead training programs and initiatives that support the organization’s learning and development strategy. You will play an integral part in developing the next generation of talent.

What you will get to do:
Projects a professional image to represent company values and foster confidence of customers team members in the course content and company products.
Conducts and develops training programs for the various company departments that support the organization’s needs.
Uses various adult learning techniques to ensure successful knowledge transfer to internal and external students.
Trains, mentors, and coaches team members participating in the apprenticeship, technician, and applications engineer development programs.
Oversees the progress of students to ensure successful knowledge transfer
Works closely with internal departments to develop content and technical procedures.
Investigates new machine developments to determine the impact on future training and development needs.
Performs “stand-up" classroom and shop floor instruction to customers, distributors, and internal team members following established curriculum.
Uses online classroom platform to conduct remote training for team members and customers.
Generates performance reports of internal students using results from written and practical exams.
Develops video scripts and voiceover content to support E learning Initiatives.
What will make you successful:
Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school in electronics, hydraulics, or other mechanical-related field is preferred; ten year’s related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
Foundational knowledge of mechanical/electrical experience in CNC
2+ years of previous experience in training, ideally in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of instructional theories is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to adapt training content for different audiences and learning levels
Proficiency in using eLearning tools and multimedia content creation
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Some travel will be required; ability to travel both domestically and internationally
Must have current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without sponsorship
