Training Manager
CPI Security based in Charlotte, North Carolina, is looking for a talented Training Manager to lead our Training team. The primary responsibilities of a Training Manager are to partner with key business partners to develop and implement a variety of employee training and development programs that facilitate employee education and results in the enhanced contribution of each training’s participants.

- Create and implement the training and development strategy
- Directs the design, planning, and implementation of corporate training programs aligned with the objectives and strategy of the company
- Partner with business unit leaders to develop and strengthen training to deliver outcomes
- Establishes metrics and measures the effectiveness of all training programs
- Develops policies and procedures that keep internally developed courses updated and maintained
- Actively search, creatively design and implement effective methods to educate and enhance performance through training programs
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 4 years previous experience within a medium- to large-sized company learning environment
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
- Previous experience within call center environment preferred
