Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Trust and Estates Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field and will be required to work in the office five days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with all aspects of trust and estate planning, administration, and probate.
Prepare probate court filings
Manage and organize client files and records.
Coordinate and communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and financial institutions.
Stay up to date on relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Trust and Estates Paralegal.
Familiarity with Tabs3, GEMS, ESI Appraise, and Outlook is preferred but not required.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Team player with a professional demeanor.
