Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager with expertise in Veeva systems to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering projects related to Veeva (Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault, Veeva Quality, etc.), ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a deep understanding of Veeva applications and their implementation in life sciences or pharmaceutical industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution:
• Lead end-to-end project management activities for Veeva-related projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, Quality, Regulatory, and Business stakeholders.
• Track and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and project teams.
• Facilitate communication to ensure alignment on project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
• Conduct regular project status updates with internal teams and clients.
• Veeva Systems Expertise:
• Leverage knowledge of Veeva products (Veeva Vault, Veeva CRM, Veeva Quality, etc.) to guide teams in system implementation and optimization.
• Collaborate with technical and functional experts to ensure successful system configuration and integration.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure that all Veeva implementations meet industry standards and regulatory compliance (GxP, FDA, EMA, etc.).
• Conduct testing and validation processes to ensure system performance and user satisfaction.
• Budget & Resource Management:
• Monitor project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
• Track expenses and ensure all project-related financials are on track.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
• Provide detailed project updates and reports to senior management and clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in the life sciences/pharmaceutical industry.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Veeva Systems (Veeva CRM, Vault, Quality, or similar).
• PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of GxP compliance, FDA regulations, and other relevant quality standards.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient with project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Veeva system configuration and integration.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
