Who you are: You're a seasoned leader with at least 15 years of business experience in finance and accounting roles. Preferably, you come from an asset-intensive industry. You've worked closely with executive leadership and boards, driving strategic decisions that have a lasting impact. With an advanced degree such as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or as a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), you bring deep expertise in financial analysis, risk management, and long-term business planning. You're a strategic thinker, skilled at navigating complex financial environments, structuring innovative deals, and fostering strong relationships across all levels of an organization. You thrive in leadership roles, are passionate about developing high-performing teams, and you're ready to lead with vision and purpose in a dynamic, growth-oriented company.

What the job is: As the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will be a key member of the senior management team, directly reporting to the President. Your role is critical in ensuring the company's long-term financial success, overseeing accounting, treasury and risk, financial planning, tax, and reporting functions. You'll collaborate with the President and senior leadership to monitor business performance and provide strategic financial guidance, while identifying opportunities to add value across the company. You'll have an active role in preparing and presenting to the board of directors. In addition, you'll play a crucial role in business development activities, evaluating risks and opportunities for growth, acquisitions, or asset dispositions.

This Role Involves

  • Managing financial reporting and communicating results to the President and senior leaders.
  • Overseeing the preparation of board materials and participating in board meetings as a key executive.
  • Leading financial planning and analysis, tax management, and treasury operations.
  • Collaborating with the senior leadership team on business strategy while managing financial analysis and contributing to decisions on new opportunities, acquisitions, and asset dispositions.
  • Leading and developing a high-performing finance team, including Accounting, Tax, and Treasury functions.
  • Ensuring the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with lenders, auditors, and financial partners.

Compensation: Annual Salary Range: $281,600 - $422,400 per year. The pay range listed is just one component of Green Diamond's total compensation package. Other rewards include eligibility to receive a company-wide annual financial performance bonus, and the opportunity to receive a performance-based bonus, candidate referral bonuses, and spot bonuses.
